Recovery sets the mailbox’s cold-send limit to 0 and keeps warm-up running. It never deletes anything — the original limit is restored automatically when the window ends.

Exclusion List (keywords → Risky)

On prospect upload, any record whose email or company name contains one of these words is auto-routed to the Risky folder (never emailed, and scrubbed from future uploads). Editable.
